2. User Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgment

Trading financial securities and derivatives involves inherent capital risk. Users maintain sole responsibility for their trading parameters, capital allocation, and API credentials.

3. Commercial Contracts & B2B Invoicing

All B2B white-label and custom software projects are governed by formalized Statements of Work (SOWs) and GST-compliant invoicing under Indian commercial law.
